Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. Technical visitor information may be processed to operate and secure the website in line with GoDaddy’s policies.

• Contract: to arrange and deliver services you book, communicate about your booking, provide coaching summaries and process payments.
• Legal obligation: to keep financial records required by law.
• Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries, manage feedback and complaints, maintain appropriate business records and improve our services. These interests are managing our business and providing a reliable service, while respecting your privacy.
• Consent: to send newsletters and promotional updates where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe or contact us to stop these messages at any time.

Where particular details are needed to arrange or deliver a booked service, we explain this when collecting them. Without those details, we may be unable to complete your booking or provide the service.
