My individual coaching sessions will help you to understand why you experience certain feelings, emotions or behaviours. I can help you to reduce and remove negative emotions through reframing internal thoughts, modelling methodologies and a range of other techniques to provide you with positive resources so that you can make your desired changes and move forward.
My approach is very different to counselling and does not involve lengthy ‘talking therapy’ type approaches where you might spend several sessions reliving past experiences. The techniques will enable you to move forward by focusing upon the present and the future.

Each individual coaching session will include a 15 minute pre session telephone call and I will ask you to complete a ‘client information form’ prior to the session to ensure you get the most from your coaching experience.

My meditation session will be bespoke to you. I will speak with you ahead of your session so that I can develop a meditation which will enable you to reach a deep state of relaxation and feelings of peace and calm, taking you to your happy place.
The session itself will last for approximately 30-40 minutes.
